Little Hearts Hold Big Hopes-

The diagnosis of a heart defect or heart disease in a child is devastating to families.  Whether diagnosed in the womb, shortly after birth, or during childhood, families are suddenly faced with a maze of medical decisions and the possibility that their child may not survive.

It can be overwhelming, frightening and lonely.

But these families are not alone.

Mended Little Hearts of Southern Wisconsin connects families facing the diagnosis or treatment of a heart defect or heart disease, offering them a caring support network.  Mended Little Hearts also provides resources to help them make critical medical decisions, and ultimately find healing and hope.

Mended Little Hearts of Southern Wisconsin also believes that awareness and advocacy efforts will lead to improved research and most importantly, improved outcomes and quality of life.

Mended Little Hearts is a program of Mended Hearts, Inc.,   a national nonprofit organization offering the gift of hope to heart patients, their families and caregivers for more than 50 years.
